Jean Beck has served as the Executive Vice President of the Hilton Head Area Association of Realtors since January 2008, where she is responsible for the management of a 1400-member professional organization. Her job duties include ensuring compliance with the governing laws and documents pertaining to the 501 (c)(6)entity, managing personnel and programs, as well as oversight of a 14-member Board of Directors and approximately 20 committees and task forces. She is also assists the public and REALTORS® with ethics and professional standards complaints.

Jean began working for the Association in September 2006, following three years of sales experience as a REALTOR®. She has served on many committees at HHAAOR, as well as the Board of Directors. Prior to real estate, Jean had an extensive management career as Operations Supervisor of a Corporate Travel Reservation Center.

Jean is a member of the Hilton Head/Bluffton Chamber of Commerce and a choir member of her parish. Jean is originally from Connecticut, she and her husband Jim live in Hilton Head Plantation and have two children and two grandsons.

Linda Watts joined the Hilton Head Association of REALTORS® in January 2003 coming to us with 16 years previous real estate experience. She was Executive Officer for the York County Board of REALTORS®, office manager with ERA River Hills Realty, co-owner of a real estate firm, and worked for the S.C. Real Estate Appraisers Board in Columbia. Her education was through the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and Winthrop University in Rock Hill, S. C. Linda and her husband John have lived on Hilton Head Island in HHP over 11 years enjoying biking, walking, reading swimming and photography. She has twin daughters living in South Carolina and is a grandmother to four little ones.

Susan joined the REALTOR Association in October 2007. Previously with SunTrust, she came into contact with many of our Realtors on a regular basis. Susan serves our members by sending pass-thru eblasts, event coordination and registration, directing and responding to inquiries and disseminating information. Susan is married to her husband, Frank and lives in Bluffton.
