This is the first part of a 60-hr. curriculum. Topics include short- and long-range planning, operating a real estate brokerage, liabilities of a broker for torts of agents, trust accounting, contracts, insurance, as well as office and personal management.

Peggy is an approved instructor in South and North Carolina. She has been a broker-in-charge, when living in Fayetteville, NC, was a very active member of the REALTOR Assoc. there. She is a staff instructor for the Charleston Trident Assoc. of REALTORS.
