This course is the first half of a 60-hr curriculum to obtain a Broker's license. Topics include short- and long-range planning, operating a real estate brokerage, liabilities of a broker for torts of agents, trust acctg., contracts, insurance, and well as office and personal mgmt.
Peggy has owned, as well as managed, several real estate companies as the broker in charge, and knows what it takes to be a broker.

This is a basic review of real estate license law preparing the attendee to pass the broker's exam reviewing real property law, agency, federal and state laws, regulations, pricing of real property, contracts, finance, math and closing statements.
